That's right! What better way to celebrate the holidays then with Pumpkin Bread Budding. Best of all, this bread pudding was homemade by one Mary Sue Payne! Ben and I are fortunate to have such supportive family to cater to our greatest culinary desires.
Naturally, since it was homemade - and by my mom nonetheless - it was delicious. The recipe was pretty much normal bread pudding ingredients plus canned pumpkin. Mom poured some caramel sauce on top and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It tasted like delicious french toast plus pumpkin.
